Hindley has a wide variety of forming machines which fabricate complicated wire and flat stock parts in one operation. Our machines can form and thread wire parts in diameters up to 1/2" in one operation at rates up to 100 pieces per minute.
This machine fabricates complicated wire and flat stcok parts in one operation. Numerically controlled feed allows unlimited feed lengths in wire diameters of up to eight millimeters and in various widths and gauges of flat stock. With up tp 16 slides we can efficiently manufacture even the most complex parts.
This computerized numerically controlled forming machine is capable of three dimensional forming of round wire and flat stock. Since it doesn't require tooling, it is well suited to produce small and medium sized orders, as well as prototypes.
